Been using these people for over 10 years. This year their assistant went on maternity leave without finishing a handful of clients tax returns for 2017. Sent my tax information to their assistant AMANDA, this is the exact response I received, "Hello, Yes, I have been working on your return, I will have it done for you shortly. Thank you for your understanding, Amanda" This was march 8th, plenty of time to warn me or let me know that you decided to stop filing my taxes. Assuming my taxes were not done near the tax due date I started calling Bobs office due to lack of an invoice. I was told repeatedly they just forgot to send out my invoice but they were directly lying to me. I got a hold of bobs wife or another assistant that wasn't helpful at all. The only info she provided was Amanda was not in due to maternity leave and they could not tell me weather my taxes were filed this year or not. I continued calling week after week with them reassuring me everything was in the mail. This is extremely unprofessional. Multiple times I was in contact with bob on the phone only to get a run around saying their email is down and they cant send anything out. I mean, their excuses were bad, like old people making bad jokes bad, they didn't make sense but I trusted them. After communicating for a few weeks I received nothing. They stopped answering my calls. I had a friend call them and leave a message, no return just stone walled. Now my taxes are past due and I have to pay extra to get them done in rush job. Do not use their service, you will regret it.
