This woman is a fraud. She claims to get the most money for you but she cuts so many corners you'll get flagged by the IRS and audited. Guess what, when you get audited YOU are held responsible. There's a reason she says she can get you a bunch of money back...she cheats taxes!

This woman is incredibly rude and unprofessional. She will first insult you, then if you get offended and speak back to her, she will cancel everything, destroy your tax preparation and send you back the info you sent. I recommend staying far away from her.

I can honestly say this woman was the worst tax person I have ever encountered. She was very rude to me on the phone calling me such things as dumb, lonely, needy, implied that because I did not understand her billing structure I was not worth the money I make, and said I was unappreciative of her time. I have never encountered more personal assaults. If she calls you she expects to to answer without even a hello. She loses tax forms regularly through email. She cannot read excel sheets and even went so far as to mail me excel file to prove how unreadable it was...it was a simple itemized spreadsheet. She won't file digitally. She could not open image attachments for receipts and referred to me as a computer incompetent person for for her lack of ability to recognize a jpg icon. She is also very abrasive person. She does a good job at getting you money back but expect to earn it though suffering and mental anguish. I wish I could give negative stars. I now have to get her work checked out because her lack of organization scares the heck out of me. At the end of the day you are responsible for tax returns. Choose your person wisely.
