This place is awful! The office staff is completely inept and unprofessional. I’ve been trying to get my taxes done, sent every piece of information they needed and still have gotten no call. I’ve called several times and the women I’ve talked to have a complete attitude about me being frustrated about them telling me, “he’ll call today or tomorrow”. It’s time for him to flush his terrible front office staff and find people who actually know what they’re doing! You just lost my business.

So i read the previous review and i would never wait untill the last two days to file. Thats just irresponsible. I take my takes here every year with plenty of time to spare and havent had any issues.

I had a very bad experience going to ADRIAN JIMENEZ office to file my taxes of 2015 and 2016. on 2015 was kind of a bad idea but 2016 was a nightmare I walked to his office 2 days before season tax was over but we had a little problem with my W2.but he was going on vacation the following week so he said he made an extension on my taxes. But he didn’t he said he was coming back on may of 2017 to help me fix the problem. So I left my documents in his office. Since then I haven’t heard anything from him until now 02/23/2018. So I had to pay around 4.000.00 dollars on late fees penalties and intress to the IRS he is very UNPROFESSIONAL.
