Please be warned of Donna Berry (tax solutions) in Smithtown. I dont like to write negative reviews but I have given her many chances to return my calls and e-mails and rectify the situation she created. She not only made numerous and expensive mistakes on my tax returns but she blatantly ignores request for help. VERY unprofessional and unethical. Reporting her to IRS and BBB.

Please do not use this person! She made several errors when submitting our return. We were contacted by the IRS Multiple times when using her. I followed up with Donna but she failed to follow-up and simply refused to even reply to our basic questions. We ended up calling the IRS directly and believe it or not they were much more helpful in resolving the issue.

Donna has done my taxes for over a decade. She is professional, courteous, and always attentive to me and my wife's needs during tax season. She has a great personality and I highly recommend her.
