Mr. Noll was charged with numerous counts of THEFT IN A BUSINESS SETTING and has subsequently pled guilty to one FELONY charge (2014CF000196). He was ordered to pay back $60,000 in restitution and is due to begin a 1-year jail sentence at Outagamie County Jail, beginning on or before December 14, 2014. Needless to say, we do NOT recommend anyone use Mr. Noll to handle their personal financial issues.
