If I could give more than 5 stars, I most definitely would! Jackie has provided me with the uttermost help as I had just started out doing my taxes and had no clue whatsoever as to what was needed. Jackie provided me with a checklist and guided me to as what was needed and even advised me of keeping track with a list of my expenses as well as receipts to make things easier for the both of us. I will definitely be coming back for the following year.

I have been going to other tax preparers for over the years and since I have started going to Jackie, I have stayed with her ever since. The professionalism that Jackie gives is very great, she answers any questions and/or doubts that I have. She is very through with her work and not to mention she has built a great bond.

The worst accountant I have ever worked with. Not only did we have to file an extension because of her schedule, we also did not finish our taxes until July 20th. She lied to us about the date she filed and when we went to pick up our documents, she would not release them until we paid her. Untrustworthy and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

Jackie Geronimo has the worst customer service skills I have ever come across. I used her for a couple of years then moved out of state and could not find a decent place to do my taxes in the new state. I called her office to set up an appt for a conf call since I could not come into the office and she did this for me a couple of years back. The day come for the call and I never received the call just completely got blown off. I call the office the next day and advised that I will never again seek her services and to make sure to shred all of my documents. Her brother then convinces me to give them a another shot since I have been a customer for so many years. I give in and agree to give them another shot. I receive another appt and can you believe day comes and again she didn't call me. At this point I am completely disgusted at how someone can run a business like this. I call the office again and some rude kid answers the phone I ask to speak with Jackie or her brother and he says they're not available I tell him i want my information destroyed and to do nothing with it. He says ok and I have yet to receive confirmation of this. When I first went to Jackie she was friendly and thorough and never had a problem with my returns but since she has taken on larger business clients she completely pushed aside the little people. I know tons of people who used to go to her and have stopped, she never picks up the phone she never returns call and the entire staff needs to take a customer service workshop.

Truly awful tax prep services. Jacqueline Geronimo and her staff cannot be trusted to either be in the office or to work on your tax return in a prompt or professional manner. After coming in for an initial appointment in April, setting up four separate appointments, and checking back with their office dozens of times, my 2013 taxes were just now filed at the end of August. This was largely due to Jacqueline never returning correspondence, never being in the office and generally blowing off a paying customer. Only go here if you are willing to accrue hundreds of dollars in interest while the office disregards your every attempt to work with them on your return.

Jackie Geronimo at Trinity business services is a scam artist at best. My family and I have used her for several years only to find out that she makes a lot of mistakes. And put in things that you are not entitled to. Now we find out my brother is being audited by the IRS. Turns out Jackie Geronimo has been putting in claims That weren't true and now my brother has to pay thousands for her mistake. And the iOS is going back from 2011 to present!! Each year she made the same mistakes!! Worst part is we have been trying to get in touch with her and she refuses to answer the phone. We get nothing but excuses why she can't talk to us. Well she's gonna have to respond in court. That's where we're headed!! Don't use Jackie Geronimo at Trinity business services unless you want to get audited!!!
