None of which I felt were as thorough, smart, and polite as Ms. Jackson While she was able to deliver fast service I did not feel rushed. She carefully explained to me the various aspects of my return in a manner I could comprehend and I was able to leave feeling relieved that everything had been taken care of with no mistakes. I will be a returning customer for as long as I live in the surrounding area.
