Unprofessional in his attitude and communication. I paid for his services prior to tax time. I had a video conference call with him for the initial contact. Communication was spotty. It took a full week before he would respond to my emails. He took time to belittle me in emails instead of finding out how he could help. I contacted a different professional and it took them less than five minutes to figure out what was needed and I'm back on track.
