Erika was unprofessional and unfriendly. At no point did she introduce herself or smile and she was unwilling to try to understand our somewhat unusual situation. We came prepared with a previous estimate from an h and r block employee at that location, which she was unwilling to consider. She denied legitimacy of the estimate then denied us assistance and sent us away.
