Client Reviews of Adriana Jensen, SRTP

This CPA is unprofessional and unethical by the fact I paid her for services that she did not and later refused to complete as well as she tried to add charges for services I did not agree to. Her customer service is horrible she is rude and does not complete task when she states she will. As well as does not respond promptly or notify you of messages/emails, etc. Adriana was not aware of her clients taxes being rejected and then lost those files and when it was brought to her attention let 6 weeks go by before attending to the situation.
