This woman is not good at her job, or my company is too small for her to take any level of professional pride in her work. We’ve had over a dozen errors to payroll, withholding employee 401k deposits for 4 months. Lastly she sent my pay stub to another employee who has absolutely no business having my pay rate, pay amount, year to date and MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER! Find someone else. Don’t trust Kim Asmondy with your information. Who knows what other data breaches have happened that she covered up.

Took our $300 retainer, didn’t show up to our appointment and now has stopped answering our calls or texts.

We are waiting for a solution to our case! We sold our house and until now after many years we don’t have a return about firpta. We contracted Mr Anders to resolve the case but we don’t have a response.

if I could give this woman -500 stars I would. Communication is OBVIOUSLY not her strong point. She at several points told me to ‘chill out on texting her’ after weeks of not hearing anything from her. She not only put the wrong address on my return, she put me down as my wife’s sister, AND didn’t file her biggest W-2!! She got paid way over our agreed upon amount and I was absolutely screwed on my taxes. I spent MONTHS trying to get all of these mess ups corrected! I wouldnt recommend her to my worst enemy. I have photos of proof!

SCAM ALERT! Do not give these guys your business unless you want to be ripped off! Not only are their fees beyond outrageous, but the owner Harold Newman is as arrogant and corrupt as they come. They work in numbers. They get very busy during tax season and barely give you the time of day. John, Harold's employee, was the one that did our taxes this year. We spent around 10 mins on the phone for our appointment and then got an invoice for around $800, for simple taxes. Don't even think about asking questions or clarification on your taxes. This will be met with an extreme level of arrogance as if you are out of place for questioning their expertise. For instance, I asked John, since my taxes and income were very similar to the year prior, why the refund amount was different? I am like most people that just want to educate myself before signing documents. Harold the owner emails me and states, "I reviewed your taxes, everything is correct! Utah where you moved to this year, doesn't hand out free money like California does." I was a bit taken back, as all I did was ask a simple question to John who did my taxes, and got a reply back from the owner like this. I did not ask for his political opinion on California, and sure didn't expect to be berated for asking a simple question. Unfortunately, it gets so much worse! Then they royally screwed up my taxes! They filed completely different taxes then discussed on the phone and sent to me on paper in the final draft packet from their office, and refuse to offer any sort of refund or even amend my taxes! They told me I would receive a refund of a certain amount, I paid their fees because of this, and then they filed different taxes. I paid their company under false pretense. They did a bait and switch and now my reund is zero. This is ILLEGAL! Harold Newman sent me an email basically saying it was my fault because I signed the documents online they did a bait and switch on, without my knowledge. I now have to report them to multiple agencies, file a police report for theft, and have my family member attorney file against them, all because Harold let his arrogance get in the way, and refused to value his customers and do the right thing! I just hope people see this and save their time and money by going to a different company for their tax filing needs!

This guy and his father are not to be trusted with your taxes. Number one they messed up my taxes and I had to go back and have another firm redo it all.They are dishonest and they gather them money by hiring cricket attorneys. They never provided an agreement or contract and hit me with tens of thousands of dollars in fees for services they never provided, and I never had agreed to. Avoid at all cost the worst experience with any business ever.

I have been filing taxes with her for 3 years in a row and she filed them wrong. She won't return any calls after she made the mistake. Be careful, I don't recommend working with her at all.

If I could do a review with zero stars I would. I was lied to about the amount owed for my federal taxes and he deposited my state refund into his account versus my account. I have gotten in touch with The IRS as well as seeking legal counsel. My refund was due to me in April 2024 ! He has yet to correct it! I have all documentation to prove this statement.

Very disappointing experience, especially for someone filing taxes for the first time. I had hoped for basic support and clear communication, but instead was met with dismissiveness and zero accountability. When I asked for help, I was essentially told to go find another accountant — instead of being treated like a paying client who deserved answers. It’s not acceptable to ignore concerns or be arrogant just because you have many clients. Quantity doesn’t equal quality. If you're looking for someone who actually cares and is willing to guide you, look elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Do not trust Antrine to do your taxes. He's a fraud! I decided to go with someone new and he showed me a bigger number, but that was the only good part. I had to beg for months to get my tax papers. If I had any questions he would follow with he's been doing this for many years and would ivade every question no matter how simple the question was. He would lie constantly, tell you one thing then later tell you something completely different. When i finally got my papers it had a bunch of random stuff on it. Stuff that did not pertain to me or my life. He will get you caught up. The irs reached out to me 2 months after I filed. I had to verify that it was actually me. Just save yourself the trouble. Not professional one bit.

Carmelita Hyppolite is a deceitful tax preparer. Her Florida EIN number and her business CBM Multi Tax Services, CBM Multiservices are all INACTIVE in the State of Florida. She types her name as Carelitee Hyppolite on the IRS Tax documents. I went in for her Tax services and she told me she would "make sure I dont have to pay back any taxes". RED FLAG # 1. I work with Uber and I own a home. I had 3 electronic documents from Uber and 1 1098 electronic tax document. She asked her son to print them out and then told me to give her $200. She the told her son that that money is for printing the documents. I was startled but said nothing because someone I know recommended me to her. She spoke about all her credentials, her Christian faith and her life story while I sat there waiting for her to complete my taxes. She then said I needed to pay her $1000. YES $1000! I left her office and went to the bank l, pulled $1000 and brought it back to her. She proceeded to tell her how much she is doing everything to now make me only pay $500 and before she can submit my taxes she need $200 more. That is $1400 in total. I did not sign any document at all in her office or online. She gave me a "completed" IRS 1040 after me requesting it. The document stated that I owe the IRS $572. I also requested a payment arrangement with the IRS. She said she did that. The IRS took $874 from my account. I pulled my 2024 IRS Tax Transcript and everything on the IRS 1040 she gave me is different. She did not file the tax return that she sat with me and complete, neither did I sign it. I am 75 years old and she extorted me. I called her for receipt for the $1400 1 paid her for preparing my taxes and she cursed me on the phone and says IRS took my money and not her. She refuses to give me my receipt. I need to refute the filing of my 2024 taxes and also need an attorney to take his case. This lady is operating under a business that is inactive in the State of Florida.

BEWARE of Meks tax service! We gave him all of our personal information including ID, social security, address, bank account and routing number. He sent us a form to sign to authorize him filing the taxes. After some deliberation, we responded the very next day to move forward. He then ignored us for 2 days then responded stating that he will NOT file our taxes without giving us a reason. He then ghosted us after several attempts to get ahold of him. We find it odd that he refused to file our taxes AFTER he got ahold of our personal information and bank information. We will be filing a complaint with the IRS. This is unprofessional and who knows what he is doing with our information. Please file elsewhere!

Connie is not to be trusted with your accounting services. I have never in my life dealt with someone so unprofessional and inconsiderate. I brought her my taxes in January. I needed to bring a few documents to complete it. I brought them the same week. She explained she couldn't file them electronically until February. I waited and heard nothing for 2 months. Called multiple times and emailed her multiple times. Finally, I got ahold of her. She said she was "finishing them up and will print everything soon." This was in March. I emailed and called her multiple times because she had previously said my ex husband needed to come sign something. She didn't answer for a couple weeks and finally answered. He went down and she didn't answer the phone and wasn't there at the time they arranged. He then finally later that week was able to sign. I then called the day before taxes were DUE and asked if everything went okay because I hadn't heard anything. She then said that she needed me to sign additional papers too. I said "if you had let me know that, I would have done that months ago." I went down and signed that day. She asked if I wanted what I owed, to just be taken from what IRS owes me. I said yes. Come to find out, they took $2k from my bank account! I am a single mother. This is unacceptable. I called her and she doesn't answer. So I call off of my work phone and she answers. I told her everything that happened and that it's not okay. She made excuses and told me that's not what she asked me. She told me I didn't get her paperwork in a timely manner. Which I did and have the receipts of the emails and calls of me confirming. I got upset and told her that this isn't what we agreed to and I put my trust into her and this was not okay by any means. She called me an idiot and hung up on me. On top of it all, my best friend used her and she told them they were getting back a certain amount and that amount was INCORRECT. Nothing she does is accurate or professional. DO NOT WORK WITH HER. I will never ever work with her, nor will I refer her to anyone.

Do not trust this woman, she will file your taxes behind your back, without your knowledge, permission, or signature! It is extremely unethical to do someone’s taxes without their agreement, knowledge, signature and that is Micki! I highly recommend you never trust this Micki woman or let her do your taxes!

I hired this CPA firm to handle my taxes as a new client, and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. After paying upfront, communication completely broke down. I sent multiple emails with important questions that were never answered, and to this day, my taxes have not been filed. To make matters worse, I later discovered that the firm itself is operating with an expired license. While the individual CPA may still be licensed, I paid the company — which, in my opinion, should not be accepting money for professional services without an active license. As a paying client, I felt completely ignored and disrespected. The lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable. I’ve since had to take additional steps to file complaints and request a refund. I would strongly caution anyone considering this firm to look elsewhere. You deserve to work with someone who communicates clearly, operates ethically, and respects your time and trust.

HORRIBLE Customer Service!! Made an appointment with Edgar Vazquez. We arrived for our 5pm appt with Edgar. Knocked on the door no answer, knocked again and nothing. I sent him a text and he replied “let’s cancel”. I called him and he was very unprofessional said again yeah let’s cancel. No explanation whatsoever. So rude!

Worst guy ever he is worried around the wrong things, super unprofessional. Stay away from him and do your taxes elsewhere, my mom's friend reffered me this is guy and never again.

Not sure if this is a fraudulent tax preparer. She's not listed anywhere credible and has no listings with tax institutions. She does "taxes" from her home. Has no website, no listed LLC. And she only takes check or cash. RED FLAG. The reviews here seems she wrote them herself. Besides that I have 5 friends that used to go to her and owed taxes every year. Had them go to El Paso or other tax preparers and BAM they tell them she has been giving them the wrong information and filing their taxes wrong. They now get proper refunds since not using her services. Seems she may be an illegitimate business preying on the people. BEWARE.

If I could give her zero stars, I would. She is extremely uptight and arrogant. She charges more than other professional accounts working from an actual office. She works from her tiiny living room, charges to the roof, talks a lot, works very slow, and takes several weeks to get 2 smiple w2s done. She charges per w2 and for each document you have. Her attitude is more upsetting than the amount she charges.

I had an unfortunate experience with the services provided by Maria. A coworker recommended this firm to me after my previous CPA passed away. Following their request, I sent my documents via email, but I received no updates about scheduling an appointment or the next steps. When I reached out to Maria for clarification, she assured me that I would be contacted to set up an appointment once my taxes were completed. However, almost a month went by without any communication. After I followed up again, I was told I would hear back within the week, but still, nothing happened. Now, I'm left without any communication and searching for a new CPA just two weeks before the tax deadline. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
